NDIS Support: Food Independence Program

I offer practical, hands-on support to help NDIS participants build confidence with food, cooking, and everyday meal preparation.

The Food Independence Program is designed to develop real-life skills that support greater independence in daily living. Sessions are delivered in your home and are tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and current skill level.

  • Grocery planning and shopping skills

  • Building confidence and independence in the kitchen

Funding

Services can be delivered under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living and are suitable for self-managed and plan-managed participants.
